We use your personal data for the above-mentioned purposes for as long as we have your consent to process it. If your consent is revoked, we will arrange the immediate disposal of your personal data for these purposes.
Are you obliged to provide us with your personal data?
The provision of your personal data for the purpose of registration on the Captivate e-learning portal and receiving information on news, updates within the Captivate project is voluntary.
In the absence of personal information we will not be able to register and inform you about news and updates.
To whom will your personal information be provided externally?
We process your personal data internally within Captivate Consortium for the above mentioned purposes. We do not disclose your personal data to third parties or transfer them to third countries, with the exception of public authorities if necessary, in particular to the relevant bodies of the European Union. In such a case, these entities become intermediaries and must process your personal data based on our documented contractual instructions only.

Right to access to your personal data:
Upon request, you have the right to obtain information from us about your personal data we process, and to provide a copy of your personal data. However, the rights of third parties, including others who have provided us with personal information, may not be restricted by this, and external personal information may not be disclosed to you.
Right to correct or complete your personal data:
Upon request, you have the right to request the correction of your incorrect personal data and the completion of your incomplete personal data. By using this right correctly, you will help us to keep your personal data correct and up to date.

When requesting your personal information, we are required to verify your identity in order to be sure that you are actually asserting the rights to your personal data. In case of a postal or e-mail request, we will ask for further information in case of doubt, to be able reliably identify you. As the simplest process of submitting your request with quick verification, we recommend using our online application form.
We will respond to your request for processing of your personal data without undue delay, and in any case, within one month of receiving it. In special cases, we may extend this period for another two months, but we will always inform you of the reasons for the extension within one month of receiving the request.
We respond to your requests free of charge, but if your requests are disproportionate, manifestly unfounded, or frequently recurring, we may charge you an appropriate administrative fee to process them.
You have the right to file a petition to initiate proceedings to the Supervisory Authority, if you believe that the processing of your personal data is contrary to this information or effective legal regulations. Before doing so, however, we recommend that you contact our responsible person, who is ready to resolve any suggestions you may have towards your satisfaction. In any case, you are obliged to provide us only with your personal data that is correct, complete and up to date. If your age is not sufficient to give digital consent, you may disclose your personal information only with the explicit consent of your legal representative.
