The main goal of developing the CAPTIVATE Digital Knowledge Management Platform is to present a one-stop-shop access to all the other innovative results of the project, and support the exploitation of those results. The digital platform will host the following services which can be used by digital means:

1. The CAP Eco Practice Knowledge Base, which presents country relevant policy measures linked with good practices to comply with the measures the best possible way

1. The Eco Farm Assessment Tool, which makes possible the farm level, CAP-centered sustainability assessment

1. Thematic learning materials based on the knowledge base, curated for eco practice areas of high importance and relevance in the partner countries. In order to make them available to other platforms, networks, and systems, we will publish learning content elements and best practices in standard Open Data format.

1. CAPTIVITE Guidelines – a complete guide with practical examples to the use the above listed elements individually and as a complex package to support the implementation and understanding of green farming practices.
